The trust operates primarily in Northern India, currently at Aligarh, Lucknow, & Azamgarh. It has also worked at Rampur, Roorkee, Mewat (Haryana) and Siwan (Bihar).GEAR executes its programs through carefully selected members, designated as the “Executive Council Members” (ECMs). GEAR has trustees and ECMs who form the Governing Body of the trust.

GOVERNING BODY

It is the supreme body giving the overall objectives and directions to the trust activities. It consists of the Founder trustees and the Executive Council members. The Governing Body does the complete planning, monitoring & control of all GEAR activities.

Founder trustees are Mr. Mohammed Zulfiqar, Mr. Nafees Khan, Dr.Suhail Ansari, Mr. Jamal Zaheer, and Mr. Ziauddin Khan. Other ECMs completing the Governing Body are, Mr. Mohammed Ismael, Mr. Shahid Hashimi, Mr. Mansoor Khan, Mr. Zahid Kazmi, Mr.Gyas Ahmed,  and Mr. Zia Ismael, 

AREA INCHARGE (EXECUTIVE COUNCIL)

Area Incharge (Executive Council Member) are of matured age, wisdom, and habits, and enjoy a good reputation as responsible members of society. They have demonstrated capabilities and track record of honorary social community work. Currently these are Mrs.Suraiya Iqbal, Mrs. Nikhat Tahseen, and Mrs. Shahla Haque.
